The Open Gym Series wrapped up last weekend with stops in Connecticut and Massachusetts on Friday and Saturday respectively. While there were a variety of upperclassmen who stood out, from all six New England states, there were also a select few underclassmen who managed to make an impression. Vermont is not an especially renowned hub for basketball. The state has never produced a homegrown NBA player. After previous stops in Vermont, Maine, and Connecticut, NERR’s Open Gym Series came to Massachusetts on Saturday night for the final stop in the inaugural series.
