Year in and year out, Worcester Academy is one of the top programs in Class AA of the NEPSAC. So while the 2020-21 season was the end of an era of sorts – with Josh Ogundele, Quest Harris, Judson Martindale, and Mike Rabinovich all graduating – head coach Jamie Sullivan had his program ready to contend again this year with a new young core that is now poised to grow together for the next few years. The sophomore class –…

This has been a year unlike any other...in more ways than one. While we were unable to do our traditional showcase, nothing was going to stop us from recognizing the top underclassmen prospects in New England and so the Elite 75 Frosh/Soph was chosen based on the prospects we saw during the course of both the Be Seen Tour as well as the NERR-TV Virtual Showcase. Over the course of the last several weeks, we've announced those selections one-by-one, until…

The final spot in the Elite 75 Frosh/Soph list goes to St. Thomas More and Expressions Elite freshman Abdur-Rahman De Leon. The 6-foot-5 wing from Boston is already a well-known young prospect and has the positional size, physical tools and foundation of skill to continue ascending in the coming years. He's currently starring with the high school varsity team at St. Thomas More School and poised to be ready for the prep team sooner rather than later. Personal Statement I want…

The Be Seen Tour went north to Lee, Maine recently…to see the region’s northern most prep power, Lee Academy. The program has been a staple of the region’s prep landscape for the last 15 years now, attracting D1 caliber talent from all over the world and providing them with a platform and a stage to prove themselves. This year’s team is again loaded with college caliber talent under head coach Dan Haynes, with players for all three levels, including two…

Some young prospects have the type of natural talent that jumps right out at you. Others have the type of intangibles, typically a combination of humility and work-ethic, that make you want to bet on them long-term. Few possess both...but Jeremiah Jenkins may be the exception to that rule...and that's why he's widely considered one of the top young prospects in New England. Jenkins is in his final year at the Fessenden School now, where he carries a 3.0 GPA,…
