2025 Prep Profile: Tilton

The Tilton School has shown a resurgent view of trying to compete at the NEPSAC AA level moving forward, following the announcement of the return of Marcus O'Neil this season.

O'Neil enters his second stint at the helm of the Rams program with a storied history under his belt that includes the most wins in program history, a National Prep Championship victory, and the development of multiple future NBA players.

The squad boasts a completely new roster this season from top to bottom and looks to be among the more competitive in the AA ranks.

The Eaton twins enter the class of 2026 at Tilton after notable careers in the VPA of Vermont. Evan Eaton runs the offense with his lead guard skills and ability to snap passes, make strong reads and play with pace. Owen Eaton is the more of a shotmaker of the two, impressing with his ability to get right to the rim and rack up points off jumpshots.

Patrick Otto Mae, a postgraduate forward from Estonia, really impressed us in his showing back in June. Standing at 6'8, Otto Mae can score the ball both inside and out, while making plays for others out of the post and limiting mistakes.

Bennett Plosker and Andrew Sievens round out the 2026 class for the Rams as the two Massachusetts natives look to play themselves onto college rosters in their postgraduate seasons. Both guards have some shooting ability to their game and the ability to play on/off ball, offering some versatility for the team this season.

Sam Owusu-Aduomi is a high upside wing joining the team from Paramus Catholic HS in New Jersey. Standing at 6'6, his defensive versatility will be key, while he also possesses impressive pop to throw down emphatic finishes, perimeter scoring, and ball handling. Jakare Innocent, a transfer from St.Mark's/Taunton, is a tough defensive guard who can score it in a variety of ways and will surely play a big role moving forward under O'Neil.

The underclassmen on the roster have big-time potential and will be interesting to watch as they progress and develop in the system in place.

Wiji Dak (Bedford HS, NH), Salim Diaby (CATS Academy, MA), Anthony Daniels (Milford HS, MA), Oliver Curley (Silver Lake HS, MA), Nathan Gunn + Colby Gunn (Suffield HS, CT), and Clem Thoresen round out the roster as the underclassmen.

Dak, a big 6'3" guard with a physical frame and forceful game, was one of the best freshmen in the region last winter, and looks to continue to keep his ascension on track. Diaby, a 6'10 big man, has made tremendous strides in his game, most notably in his scoring touch and ability to use his length to impact the game in the paint. The Gunn twins have shown off their game in CT the past couple of years and look to make an impact at Tilton.

Daniels and Curley both join the team as young freshmen with size and upside to keep an eye out for, with intriguing true 6'5" 15-year-old Clem Thoresen on the roster as well.

While Tilton looks to become a more competitive program this season and moving forward, it's evident they are committed to bringing the boys basketball program back up, while the girls' one has thrived in recent years.
