The Frosh/Soph Elite 75 Heads South!

For the first time in New England Recruiting Report’s 20 year history, the Frosh/Soph Elite 75 is coming to New Jersey.

 

NERR will make its debut in the Garden State in Lyndhurst, bringing our long-running exposure platform to prospects from New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and the surrounding region.

 

While this will be our first event in New Jersey, the area is certainly not new to us. Over the years, our staff has had the opportunity to scout, evaluate, and cover countless prospects from the region throughout the high school and grassroots basketball seasons. We know how deep the talent pool is, and we’re excited to provide another platform for the next wave of players to establish themselves early in their high school careers.

 

For those unfamiliar with the Frosh/Soph Elite 75, the event is designed specifically to identify and provide exposure for talented freshmen and sophomores.

 

Interested prospects can register for the event here.

 

Once registered, each prospect receives a profile in the NERR website database, where college coaches from across the country can access information on players as they begin identifying future recruiting classes.

 

The event itself allows the NERR staff to evaluate every prospect in person. Players are divided into teams and compete through instructed drills and showcase games, giving them an opportunity to test themselves against other talented players in their age group.

 

Throughout the showcase, our staff will provide live coverage while evaluating players for our post-event coverage. Following the event, prospects who distinguish themselves will be featured through NERR’s website and social platforms, with evaluations and coverage connected back to their player profiles.

 

For nearly 20 years, the Frosh/Soph Elite 75 has served as an early launching point for future college prospects. Players have used the event to introduce themselves, build their recruiting profiles, and establish their names as prospects to follow throughout their high school careers.

 

Now, our goal is to bring that same platform to New Jersey and give the next generation of prospects from the region an opportunity to put themselves on the radar.
