One noticeable omission from last weeks’ coverage of AAU’s 16-and-under National Championships was the Middlesex Magic.  The Magic were one of three teams in their pool to finish 1-2 and were sent to the classic bracket because of the tiebreaker rules.  But that’s where their terrific run began.  The Magic would win their next five games and go on to the finals of the classic bracket, finishing the tournament with an overall record of 5-3.  Pat Connaughton led the way… READ MORE >

Adam Jones, a 6-foot-7 200-pound power forward, from Winter Park High School in Florida committed to Fairfield University late Sunday night.
