Forward Pledges to CCSU
Terrell Allen, a six-foot-six two-hundred-and-fifteen pound forward from Cape Henry College in Norfolk Virginia, committed to Central Connecticut State University and head coach Howie Dickenman earlier this week.
Allen has starred for the last two years at Cape Henry, averaging 17 points and 10 rebounds as a sophomore and 17 points and 13 rebounds last season as a junior. He also earned Virginia Independent Schools Division II All-State honors as a junior and was named third team All Tide Water.
Allen split time between Boo Williams and the Wave Basketball Club during the past AAU season and visited Western Carolina this fall before selecting CCSU.
He's expected to see time at both forward positions next year for the Blue Devils.
