Andre McFarland, a 6’6 postgraduate forward from Brewster Academy, committed to Colorado State University earlier this week. The commitment ends what has been a tedious few years in the recruiting process for the Las Vegas native. Four St. Thomas More Players CommitEthan Robinson, Drew Zito, Tori Stapleton, and Dylan Drake all earned scholarships to various division II schools from around the country. Tommy Hubbard’s senior season at St. Mark’s did not work out the way he envisioned. After being forced to miss the beginning of the season due to suspension, he returned in late December just in time for the BABC Holiday Classic. The New England Select program made yet another statement last weekend when they won the 16u division at the Gym Rat Challenge. The championship was the second consecutive one for Head Coach Greg Kristof and his program after claiming the title at the Hall of Fame Spring Classic a week earlier.
