It’s very unusual when a player signs with one school and then ends up at another school in the same conference, but that’s exactly what has happened with Denzel Gregg.  The St. Thomas More School forward made a verbal commitment to Fordham in September before signing his National Letter of Intent during November’s early signing period.  He was subsequently released from his NLI last month, and after Tuesday’s commitment to St. Bonaventure, it is now apparent that the release had… READ MORE >

Last week we examined seven post-season stock risers in New England’s class of 2013.  Since that time, another player has seen his recruitment take off at the 11th hour.  That player is Worcester Academy post-graduate Darryl Reynolds, who took an official visit to South Carolina last week (click here to read ESPN.com’s recent article on South Carolina head coach Frank Martin’s late recruiting efforts), only two days after St. Thomas More’s Duane Notice took a similar trip.  Less than two… READ MORE >

Duane Notice, a post-graduate guard from St. Thomas More School, made a verbal commitment to South Carolina head coach Frank Martin on Sunday night.  Notice’s commitment comes little more than a week after he visited the South Carolina campus.  The Canadian native emerged into one of St. Thomas More’s offensive catalysts and primary playmakers this season.  He was named first team All-New England in Class AAA of the NEPSAC and was one of the big reasons why the Chancellors were… READ MORE >

One of the best big men left on the board in New England’s class of 2013 came off the market earlier this weekend when Matt Atewe made a verbal commitment to Auburn.  Atewe had previously trimmed his list to four schools – Auburn, Charlotte, Nebraska, and Nevada.  The six-foot-nine big man was in and out of Notre Dame Prep’s line-up this weekend but has undeniable tools for the next level with his size and interior frame.  Atewe becomes the fifth… READ MORE >
