Boston College Offers a Pair
Boston College extended a pair of scholarship offers on Thursday, reaching out to two of New England’s most prominent up and coming forwards, Northfield Mount Hermon’s Josh Sharma and St. Mark’s Aaron Falzon.
The news of Sharma’s offer was first reported by the NMH Basketball twitter account while Falzon’s offer was first reported by HoopRootz founder A.J. Stokes.
This is not the first high-major offer for either talented young player. Sharma held previous offers from Providence and Kansas State while Duke, Syracuse, Connecticut, and Wake Forest all expressed interest during this past season. The Friars have also offered Falzon, becoming the first high-major program to do so only a couple of weeks ago.
This is bound to be just the tip of the iceberg for both players. Sharma will continue to run with the Mass Rivals on the Adidas circuit this spring and summer while Falzon will be running with Expressions Elite in Nike’s EYBL.
