New Hampton School senior captain Evan Guillory made a verbal commitment to Vermont on Wednesday. Guillory put up 8 points and 5 rebounds, along with an assist and steal, per game for the Huskies last year while establishing himself as one of the best defenders in New England and helping them to their Cinderella-like run to the NEPSAC AAA championship. ESPN updated their national rankings on Wednesday with a new ESPN 100 in the class of 2021, ESPN 60 in the class of 2022, and ESPN 25 in the class of 2023. Before Matt Mihalich became the head coach at Avon Old Farms he coached at the college level, with stops in both the Atlantic 10 and America East.
