ESPN has announced their new national rankings in the classes of 2015, 2016, and 2017 and once again New England is well represented on the list. Jalen Adams makes his debut among the top 25 ranked prospects in the country, landing in the 25th spot in the latest ESPN 100. The RIIL has retaken the top spot in the Rhode Island senior class rankings after St. Andrew’s forward Bonzie Colson held that title for all of last year. St. Johnsbury Academy’s Tristan Ross is the top returning senior in the state of Vermont and that has made him the number one ranked prospect in the state as well. Messalsonskee High School big man Nicholas Mayo took over as the top ranked rising senior in Maine following last spring’s AAU season. With the July evaluation period now in the rearview mirror the decision proved to be a good one as Mayo went on to score several other division I offers.
