Local Products Headline Vermonts Top 5
St. Johnsbury Academy’s Tristan Ross is the top returning senior in the state of Vermont and that has made him the number one ranked prospect in the state as well.
Ross headlines a group of five local prospects who begin the season as the top ranked players in Maine.
Joey Shehadi, a sharp-shooting point guard from Burr & Burton Academy is up next, followed by a pair of frontcourt players in St. Johnsbury’s Josiah Kimball and Lyndon Institute’s Jay Cobb. Rice Memorial sniper Ferran Lopes makes his debut in the ranks at the fifth spot.
This list is bound to evolve in the upcoming months as newly arrived prep products will be added to the rankings later this fall.
That list will surely include Vermont Academy’s incoming three-point specialist from Canada, six-foot-six swingman Corey Johnson, as well as former Missouri commit Ronnie Suggs.
