A day after making a verbal commitment to Howard University, Theodore Boyomo changed his mind and did not sign his National Letter of Intent as planned, according to Kent head coach Jason Couloumbe. Notre Dame forward Cleveland Melvin made a verbal commitment to DePaul on Monday.
