UNH Lands Transfer

The University of New Hampshire recently earned a commitment from transfer forward Patrick Konan from Liberty University.

The six-foot-five forward started for Liberty as a freshman and averaged 7 points and 4.5 assists per game.

Described as a long and athletic wing forward who can finish in traffic with good touch and body control, Konan should give the  Wildcats an immediate boost of versatility and athleticism upon joining the line-up.

He will sit out the 2010-2011 season per NCAA transfer rules but will have three years of eligibility remaining beginning in the 2011-2012 year.
