Roxbury Latin School point guard Patrick Benzan made a verbal commitment to the College of the Holy Cross on Tuesday night. Choate Rosemary Hall senior swingman Pete Weston made a late verbal commitment to St. Anselm College earlier this week, accepting a full athletic scholarship from the division II school.  The six-foot-four swingman spent the last two years at Choate after arriving in the United States from his home in Canada, and was a pivotal part of a team that made back-to-back appearances in the NEPSAC Class A final.
