Quinnipiac earned two big commitments this weekend, adding to an already highly ranked 2010 class.  Will Harrison, a six-foot-three swingman from Western Texas College, pledged to head coach Tom Moore this weekend.  Harrison is a quick and athletic scorer on the wing who averaged 14 points and 7 rebounds this season.  A New York native, Harrison played his high school basketball at Wadleigh High School in the Bronx.  He will be eligible to suit up for the Bobcats next season… READ MORE >

Alasdair Fraser, a six-foot-seven power forward from Falkirk, Scotland, recently signed a National Letter of Intent to play for the University of Maine and head coach Ted Woodward next year.  Maine assistant coach Doug Leichner has extensive international contacts after having previously coached at the Adidas ABC All-Star Camp in Europe and also having been the head coach of the UCC Demons of the Irish Professional Super League in 2008.  Fraser comes to Maine with a long history of success… READ MORE >

Melsahn Basabe is heading to the University of Iowa to play for head coach Fran McCaffery, who he originally committed to last fall at Siena.  Basabe announced his decision via his twitter account saying, "It's offical - I'm an Iowa Hawkeye now."
