ESPN Boston’s Brendan Hall reported on Tuesday that Rockland High School graduate Tyler Gibson had been released from his National Letter of Intent with UMass Lowell and had subsequently committed to Bentley University. Quinnipiac University picked up a late commitment in the class of 2013 from Alain Chigha, a six-foot-seven swingman from the Rock School in Florida. UConn head coach Kevin Ollie landed a commitment from George Washington transfer Lasan Kromah on Tuesday. Kromah is a six-foot-five guard who will be immediately eligible for one season following his graduation from George Washington. Official rosters were announced on Monday night for both the Nike Point Guard Skills Academy and the Nike Big Man Skills Academy. Norwalk High School’s rising junior forward, Roy Kane Jr., landed his first division I offer on Saturday from Iona College.
