The CIAC took their latest blow late last week when they lost another top rising senior in the state with Quincy McKnight’s decision to transfer from St. Joseph’s to the Phelps School in Pennsylvania.  McKnight joins former Windsor swingman Jared Wilson-Frame, who announced he was heading to Believe Prep in South Carolina earlier this month.
