The Hotchkiss School’s sophomore sharpshooter, Clyde Smith, recently received a scholarship offer from Notre Dame according to ESPN affiliate www.IrishSportsDaily.com. The list of the best available players in the class of 2010 continues to get smaller as Ashton Khan, a six-foot-one combo-guard who spent the year at Brewster Academy in New Hampshire, made a commitment to Canisius College on Monday. Nate Lubick was recently named to the 54th annual Parade All-America High School Basketball Team. Forty players from around the country were selected for the honor with ten each being named first, second, third, and fourth team members.
