Quinnipiac scored two important 11th hour commitments yesterday, solidifying their frontcourt with the additions of Marques Barnett, a six-foot-seven big man from Cardozo High School in New York, and Justin Harris, a six-foot-eight forward from Paramus Catholic in New Jersey. Shooting Touch will once again be offering their summer workout program this year. The Shooting Touch Elite Summer Workouts will be open to a maximum of sixteen players from the greater Boston area. Beginning on June 15th, the group will meet twice per week for two hours working on both basketball skills and strength and conditioning. Kimball Union Academy post-graduate Waylan Siverand has signed a national letter of intent to attend North Carolina A&T. Siverand, a six-foot-seven forward, started all 26 games for the Wildcats this year.
