Nike Predraft Camp Coming to Mass

Guards Lead Way in Connecticut 2013

Putnam Science Academy guard Dayshon Smith came out of the summer as the top ranked prospect in Connecticut’s class of 2013, and now almost two months into the prep school season, all he’s done is solidify that status. Big Week for Bess

Penquis Valley High School’s junior forward Isaiah Bess has been dominating the headlines as of late in the state of Maine. He began the week with 29 points and six three-pointers in a 57-35 win over Lee Academy’s varsity (non-prep) team. Three nights later he erupted for 46 points, setting a new school record, including six more three-pointers in a 79-44 win over Mattanawcook. Donahue Drops 41

Stonington (CT) junior guard Jackson Donahue had a huge game on Wednesday night, knocking down nine three-pointers and finishing with a game high 41 points to lead his team over Killingly. Donahue, who runs with the Rhode Island Hawks on the AAU circuit, also recently added his first division I scholarship offer to his name, courtesy of the University of Vermont. The New Hampshire prep schools continue to supply the vast majority of the individual talent competing in the Granite State, as reflected in our updated 2013 rankings.
