Forward Pledges to CCSU

Terrell Allen, a six-foot-six two-hundred-and-fifteen pound forward from Cape Henry College in Norfolk Virginia, committed to Central Connecticut State University and head coach Howie Dickenman earlier this week.  Allen has starred for the last two years at Cape Henry, averaging 17 points and 10 rebounds as a sophomore and 17 points and 13 rebounds last season as a junior.  He also earned Virginia Independent Schools Division II All-State honors as a junior and was named third team All Tide Water. … READ MORE >

Dockery Walker, a six-foot-seven forward from Dover, Delaware committed to Brown earlier this week.  Walker, who attends Westtown High School in West Chester Pennsylvania, selected the Bears over a variety of other suitors in the Ivy, Patriot, CAA, and America East Conferences.  Walker should be a significant addition for Brown because he adds an athletic dimension to their frontline not often seen in the Ivy League.  He's extremely tough physically and is already a good finisher and tremendous rebounder on… READ MORE >

Desrosiers Makes Pick

Carson Desrosiers made a verbal commitment to Wake Forest on Wednesday morning, the day after Demon Deacons head coach Dino Gaudio and his staff did an in-home visit with Desrosiers and his family.  Desrosiers took an official visit to Wake Forest two weeks ago and visited Arizona State officially this past weekend.  He was scheduled to head to Marquette for his third and final official this upcoming weekend, but decided he had seen all he needed to make his decision. … READ MORE >
