Be Seen - New Haven Heat 2021

The 2019 season was a groundbreaking one for the New Haven Heat. With two different u17 teams they each scored big wins throughout the course of the season, produced scholarship caliber prospects, and then came together to take an AAU u19 championship to culminate the season.  This year, there is even more talent in the program. In fact, when we saw them workout last week as part of the Be Seen Tour, there were roughly 30 prospects in the gym,… READ MORE >

The Be Seen Tour brought us to New Jersey last week to see one of the top independent grassroots teams in the northeast and one that has set the standard when it comes to prioritizing their players’ safety during this pandemic, while getting creative to maximize their opportunities for exposure.  The Force have competed completely outside this summer, and yet still put together as many practices, exposure games, and video content for college coaches as anyone under the direction of… READ MORE >

Rising Senior Spotlight - Stuart McCallum

Earlier this week, we profiled the Boston Warriors after visiting them as part of the Be Seen Tour.  Middlesex School forward Stuart McCallum was one of the most impressive prospects in the gym that night. McCallum is an exceptional student, with qualifications for the most academically prestigious colleges and universities, but he's also a rapidly ascending basketball player.  He pulled down 8 rebounds per game last season in the ISL and upped that mark to 9 during the recent AAU campaign while… READ MORE >

Yesterday, our latest Be Seen recap focused on the Middlesex Magic as we broke down their class of 2021, which is poised to surpass the 30 players they sent on to the college ranks a year ago.  While both the depth and scholarship level talent in the Magic program is at an unprecedented level right now, the class of 2022 is a big reason why, as it could be the best the program has ever had according to program director… READ MORE >

The Middlesex Magic’s resume from the last few years is well-documented with three straight HGSL and Super 16 championships, and numerous other titles in between.  Perhaps less known is the true depth of the program. In fact, in the class of 2020 alone, they sent 30 players on to play college basketball, which was more than any other program in New England.  This year, they’ve pushed the boundaries even farther, with four different varsity teams, all of which are filled… READ MORE >

Rising Senior Spotlight - Josh Ehikhamhen

It may sound counter-intuitive but there are sleepers in the city of Boston. Kids that are talented but under-the-radar for one reason or another.  New Mission grad Josh Ehikhamhen was one such player last year.  He had built-up his body, taken his game to new levels, and generated recruitment from a handful of local D3 schools.  He believed he was better than that though and so instead he chose an opportunity for a post-grad year at the Tilton School, with hopes… READ MORE >

Mass Elite and the Boston Warriors brought their top college prospects together to host a stop on the Be Seen Tour last week and it proved to be a worthwhile night as we saw some definite college prospects that were previously under-the-radar.  Brandon Wiercinski, Lawrence Academy – Perhaps the most well-known prospect in the gym from his successful prep career playing for his father at Lawrence Academy, Wiercinski was a big part of a Spartan program that exceeded expectations this… READ MORE >
