The Middlesex Magic AAU program has announced two more commitments in recent weeks with Dover-Sherborn (MA) forward Brendan Olski and Rivers forward Connor MacIsaac both planning to continue their careers at Washington and Lee University in Virginia. Olski's decision came nearly two weeks ago now while MacIsaac made his choice just late last week. While both players are 6-foot-6 forwards, they have compatible styles that should compliment each other well at the next level. Olski is a rugged forward who…

First it was Donovan Mitchell. Then it was Wenyen Gabriel. Now Providence fans and even some analysts are suggesting that the Friars shouldn't bother to recruit against the "blue bloods." The New Hampton School might be the best shooting team in Class AAA of the NEPSAC this year. They might have the highest collective basketball I.Q. They also may have as many, if not more, division I caliber upperclassmen than any other program. Yet, no one seems to be talking about the Huskies this fall. Don’t expect it to stay like that for long. New Hampton may not have as many big names or high profiles, but in some ways…

Whether it’s a quick glance down their roster or just a few minutes at their open gym, it doesn’t take very long to realize that this is the most talented South Kent team head coach Kelvin Jefferson has had in years. Quite possibly, since his first year with the Cardinals when they made a run to the NEPSAC finals and came within just a couple of possessions of calling themselves champions. There are players already committed to Syracuse, Georgetown and…
