Putnam Science Academy post-graduate guard Dashon Gitten announced a verbal commitment to Florida International University on Friday. The 6-foot-3 guard from Hartford, Connecticut began his career at Weaver High School before transferring to Woodstock Academy, where he received his degree last year. The state of Massachusetts is setting the standard in the New England region when it comes to the depth of talent in the 2023 class.
