If the last name of Harvard's latest recruit sounds familiar there is good reason for that. Five-foot-ten point guard Matt Fraschilla committed to Harvard on Monday. Fraschilla stars for Highland Park High School in Dallas where he averaged just under 8 assists per game last year as a junior.
