Maine Central Institute forward Steven Roundtree made is heading to the Summit League to play for head coach Scott Sutton at Oral Roberts. Markus Kennedy will be spending one more year at the Winchendon School before heading to Villanova, Winchendon head coach Michael Byrnes confirmed this week. Kennedy, a six-foot-nine two-hundred-and-seventy pound center, committed to Villanova almost exactly a year ago during his junior year at Living Faith Academy. CBC won their second tournament title in as many weekends on Sunday, defeating Connecticut Select 94-54 in the finals of BasketBull’s New England Championships. CBC opened their grassroots season last weekend by claiming victory at the Northeast Hoops Festival.
