Kevin Crescenzi, a six-foot-three post-graduate swingman from the Tilton School, committed to Dartmouth today. Crescenzi is a Florida native who starred at this summer's Hoop Mountain All-Academic Camp and continued to grow his recruitment upon arriving at Tilton this fall, landing more than one division I scholarship offer. Crescenzi took an official visit to Dartmouth this weekend, and committed less than 48 hours later on mid-day Tuesday. The Lee Academy post-graduate basketball program operates in two very distinct worlds. First and foremost, they are a New England based prep school, with one of the more talent laden teams in the region. However, they are not a member of the NEPSAC. Brooks School’s senior swingman Anthony Barry made a verbal commitment to Merrimack College on Sunday, accepting a full scholarship offer from the division II school. Six weeks ago, Cushing Academy's Kaleb Joseph had only one scholarship offer to his name. Now he has four Division I offers with a fifth potentially on the way. Southern Connecticut State University head coach Mike Donnelly is inviting coaches from across the region to attend a free clinic this Saturday September 22nd. The University of Rhode Island scored a huge commitment on Wednesday when Jordan Hare (Saginaw, Mich./Arthur Hill) turned down high-major suitors to play for coach Jim Baron in the Atlantic 10.
