Torrence to Marquette in 2019
Vermont Academy and Albany City Rocks guard Symir Torrence will head to Marquette as a member of the 2019 class.
The news was released Friday night.
Torrence reclassified upon his arrival at VA in the fall of 2017 and was listed as a member of the 2020 class since then. However, he graduated from Vermont Academy last week as a member of the 2019 class.
He has been the top ranked prospect in Vermont's 2020 class since his arrival in New England and was set to take-over as the top ranked prospect in New England after recently cracking the top 50 of the ESPN 100. He'll finish as a top ten prospect in New England's class of 2019.
