Unsigned 2025 Event Recap - The C/F’s pt. 2

More of the standouts in the frontcourt that appeared at Emmanuel College on Monday are featured below.

Nabiyoulahi Diakite, Bridgton (ME) - Diakite's length allows him to really make an impact in multiple facets of the game. He's about 6'7" with intriguing quickness in the frontcourt, and was able to crowd lanes to rack in steals on the defensive end. His eurostep move is fluid and allowed him to get right to the rim, while he really buys in to rebounding on offense and made a number of put backs.

Nathan Comerford, CATS (MA) - The Irish native deserves college looks following his performance in the showcase, as he flat out played very well. Comerford's range from outside was on full display as he hit shots well beyond the line. He plays with toughness, protecting the ball and taking it up strong to the basket. A notable name that really jumped off the page at the event.

Langston Woods, Frederick Gunn (CT) - Another sizeable prospect in the frontcourt standing around the 6'6" mark, Woods played the role of the 4/5 for his team at the event. His controlled play down low, with good footwork stood out, as well as his strength. His release from outside comes at a high-point, and looked pretty clean as he knocked them down.

Luke McGrath, Northampton (MA) - The Western Massachusetts native measured in at 6'5" during the event, and came in as an under-the-radar name. He serves as a solid floor spacer from outside that looks to shoot the ball off the catch. Plays with a motor and competed to get the ball off the glass on both ends of the court.

Kurt Thomas, IMG (FL) - A native of Dallas Texas, Thomas Jr had a great outing in his NERR event debut. The 6'5" forward/wing showed off his marksmanship, making shots from around the perimeter. With his threat to shoot, Thomas was able to attack closeouts and make fluid drives to the basket, where threw down a notable slam.

Gaylord Marsteau, Lee (ME) - Coming over from France, Marsteau has rapidly improved over recent years according to those around him as he's only in his third year of playing basketball. His strength and toughness on the boards caught our eye, as well as his ability to play inside and out.

Nico Lebaillif, Lee (ME) - Lebailif stands around 6'6", playing exceptionally well off of two feet in the paint. His shotmaking stood out as he was able to make them off-balance, and in turnaround fashion from the high post. Finishing inside was often had for the Lee Academy product, and he runs a great transition game.

Orestas Seputis, Lee (ME) - The Lee Academy product's ability to get in the paint was where he really made his mark at the Unsigned Event. Seputis was able to finish inside multiple times as he powered his way there. His strength and tough play allowed him to do so when he wanted to.
