Local Products in Adidas Nations
The month of July may be over but that doesn't mean that Adidas' summer schedule has stopped just yet.
In fact, four New England products are currently in Los Angeles taking part in Adidas Nations, the final event of the Adidas Uprising summer schedule.
Adidas Nations features some of the top 18-and-under players in the world, divided into seven regional teams - Africa, Asia Pacific, Canada, Latin America, Nations Select and the United States (Wall, Lillard and Noah).
A multi-faceted international curriculum featuring NBA coaches and players, as well as current collegiate players acting as camp counselors, will provide invaluable insight and first-hand knowledge to the participants, illustrating the pressures, rigors and challenges that accompany the rise of any aspiring NBA star.
Putnam Science Academy 2017 guard Hamidou Diallo and Wilbraham and Monson 2016 forward Wenyen Gabriel are currently competing with Team Africa while South Kent 2017 guard Tremont Waters is on Team Noah and Sacred Heart 2016 guard Mustapha Heron with Team Rose.
The competition will continue until Monday night's final, which will air live on ESPNU.
