New England Storms New Jersey

A small contingent of teams from New England made the trip southwest to Neptune, New Jersey for the annual Hoop Group Fall Showcase this weekend.  Collectively, they walked away from the event having made a big impact, with several programs advancing late into the day on Sunday.  17-and-under The Rhode Island Hawks scored a 20 point victory over the New Jersey Playaz on Sunday morning before coming back to earn a second win to advance to the tournament finals.  Unfortunately,… READ MORE >

Hoop Mountain Fall Classic – Event Recap

Some of the top talents in New England were on hand last night at Hoop Mountain’s Fall Classic at Mass Premier Courts in Foxboro. Dozens of Division 2 and 3 coaches from all over New England covered the gym. Notre Dame Returns to New England

Less than a month after being told they were out of the Zach Auguste sweepstakes, Notre Dame has come back to socre a commitment from the long and athletic six-foot-nine forward.  Auguste arrived in South Bend for his official visit on Wednesday, only days after finishing a similar trip to Marquette, and had committed to Notre Dame head coach Mike Brey by the end of the day on Thursday.  Word began to get out by Friday morning that Auguste was… READ MORE >
