Norwalk High School’s rising junior forward, Roy Kane Jr., landed his first division I offer on Saturday from Iona College. The news was first reported by CBS Sports’ Jeff Borzello via twitter. Tabor Academy two sport star, Miles Wright, took an unofficial visit to Bryant University on Thursday, and left with a scholarship offer. Boston University got an early jump on their 2015 recruiting class on Wednesday with a pair of commitments from Matt Hein and Daouda Ndiaye from Windermere Prep and the Orlando Venom AAU team. Hein is a five-foot-seven point guard and Ndiaye is a six-foot-eleven center with a very high ceiling. Boston College scored a late recruiting victory in the class of 2013 on Wednesday, picking up a commitment from six-foot-eleven big man Billy Magarity. Magarity is a Swedish native who plays for the country’s U-20 national team. New UMass Lowell head coach Pat Duquette picked up his first verbal commitment since taking over the River Hawks' program last month.
