Khem Birch announced on Monday that he would transfer to UNLV for the second semester of his freshman season, after playing the first 10 games of his college career in a Pittsburgh uniform. A year after delivering one of the best recruiting classes in the NESCAC, Trinity College head coach James Cosgrove continues to make his mark on the local recruiting landscape.  His latest prize is Liam Langaas, a six-foot-three swingman from York High School in Maine. Christmas came late for Notre Dame Prep but they will take it nonetheless. Bridgton Academy's post-graduate swingman Darrick Wood de-committed from St. John's on Thursday. Wood initially committed to St. John's in August while still enrolled at Nia Prep.  Shortly afterward, he transferred to Bridgton.  "I just wanted to open up my recruitment," Wood told CBSSports.com.
