The National Prep Showcase returned at Albertus Magnus Campus on November 17th-19th. Last week, Wilbraham & Monson/Vienna Timberwolves/Bosnia & Herzegovina U18 2024 6’10” big Luka Damjanac announced his commitment to UMass following his final high school season as a post-grad this year. Damjanac competed for Vienna Timberwolves in the Austrian Bundesliga from 2021-2023, scoring 7 points and grabbing 3 rebounds in just 10 minutes of playing time during his most recent contest with the team against OCS Capital Bulls. Last weekend, Brewster Academy/Upward Stars 3SSB 2024 6’2” point guard DJ Shine announced his commitment to the Murray State Racers. He also received offers from USC-Upstate, Mercer, Queens (NC), Nicholls State, and Georgia Southern.    Shine comes to New England from Georgia, where he attended Augusta Christian School. Last weekend, South Kent 2024 6’3” guard Jojo Wallace, son of former Syracuse star John Wallace, announced his commitment to Iona for the 2024-25 season.
