2025 Frosh/Soph #E75 List Drop Pt. IV
The trend of new faces making an appearance on this year's Frosh/Soph Elite 75 list continues with five new names who have been revealed today.
TJ Holt, Hamden Hall: The rising freshman guard has an advanced feel for the game at a young age. Holt plays with pace, creates shots in space and has a lot of upside as a lead facilitator at the point guard position.
Isaac Olaniba, Mount Saint Charles: Olaniba jumped onto our radar over the winter and his ascension since has continued. The 6'7" forward has a game stretching away from the basket, complementing his defensive versatility and impressive athleticism very well.
Akmalkhan Aubakirov, Frederick Gunn: There is no lack in frontcourt size when the native of Georgia (Europe) steps onto the floor. Aubakirov is a new big to keep an eye out for with a solid foundation of post moves and physique to build off of.
Ephraim Luseko, Portland (ME): Another intriguing name out of New England's northern-most state, Luseko will be one to monitor. He brings size to the backcourt with some good balance to finish inside and make shots when getting downhill.
Rayan Taku, Malden Catholic (MA): The rising freshman forward will be one to watch in the MIAA this season as he's flashed his upside thus far. Taku has a strong build with pop to get off the floor and a developing perimeter attack.
