The Northeast Hoops Festival All-Stock-Riser team was announced on Friday. 

This group was dedicated to either players we hadn't seen before who made a big impression or players who had clearly taken their game to new levels since we last evaluated them. 

The list included Team New England's Dion Brown and Jack Margroupis, BABC's Josh Hopson and Troy McKoy, Middlesex Magic's Trent Mosquera, Rise Above's Jaakko Juusela, BCRI's Miles Fiore, Black Bear North's TJ Henaghen, MCW Starz' Hunter Fleming, and Central Mass Swarm Elite's Ethan Minarik.
