University of Pennsylvania head coach Jerome Allen was at Babson College on Sunday to watch Northfield Mount Hermon take on Cheshire Academy at the Scholar Roundball Classic. Penn already held commitments from the NMH tandem of Jackson Donahue and Collin McManus and was also interested in Cheshire Academy post-grad Tyler Hamilton. Falmouth (ME) forward Jack Simonds is heading to Bowdoin College next year after his early decision application was recently accepted. Simonds confirmed his decision via twitter on Thursday night. The six-foot-five southpaw helped lead Falmouth to a state championship in his sophomore season, scoring 21 points in the championship game, and was a first team all-star in the state of Maine as a junior after averaging 16 points and 11 rebounds per game.
