Dashun Wiggins committed to Seton Hall this weekend as first reported by SNY’s Adam Zagoria.  Wiggins had a pre-existing relationship with Pirates assistant coach Dermon Player that dated back to when he was 11 years old and committed to Seton Hall while back home in New York for the weekend.  The six-foot-three power guard came to Bridgton from Wings Academy in New York where he averaged 19.4 points and 5.8 rebounds per game.  Sources indicate that Wiggins’ commitment is for… READ MORE >

Cain Makes Pick

Earlier this morning we gave you a glimpse at New Hampton’s prospectus for the upcoming season.  Later in the morning came news that post-graduate forward Kyle Cain had made his decision and ended his recruitment.  Cain, a super athletic six-foot-seven forward from Illinois, had trimmed his list to four schools – Nevada, Northern Illinois, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin-Green Bay – earlier this month and on Monday opted to stay in New England for another four years and head to Rhody. … READ MORE >

Newton’s Game Rising with Hard Work

The University of Massachusetts will be hosting a coaches clinic on Saturday, October 24th at the Curry Hicks Cage on their Amherst campus.  The clinic will feature UMass head coach Derek Kellogg and associate head coach Vance Walberg explaining the much talked about Dribble Drive Offense.  The clinic will give you access to two hour long clinics, two UMass Basketball practices, two question and answer sessions, along with a lunch and coaches social. Hyland Reportedly Changes Mind
