Reebok and Shooting Touch teamed up to hold their first ever "Demand Excellence" workouts this summer. Taking inspirations from Crossfit, the sessions combine basketball skill development along with strength and conditioning into creative competitions in order to focus the players on training and competing under pressure when fatigued. BABC’s ninth grade squad attended Hoop Mountain’s Super Week I last week, making their final stop in preparation for the AAU National Championships which get underway Tuesday in Little Rock, Arkansas.
