The champions were crowned in five of the six NEPSAC classes yesterday. The games took place at Western New England University and Worcester Academy. Baez Earns NE-10 Scholarship

Springfield Commonwealth Academy & Rhode Island Elite guard Alvin Baez announced his commitment to Adelphi yesterday.  Baez began his high school career at Cranston East. His sophomore year was particularly impressive for the Thunderbolts. Baez averaged more than 17 points per game in RIIL’s Division One.  He has played his last two seasons against elevated competition at Springfield Commonwealth Academy. The annual NEPSAC Tournament begins today. National Prep Championship is Back Next Week

The annual National Prep Championship is back next week. It is the culmination of the prep school season where the winner will raise a banner.  This year, the event is taking place at Clark University from March 8th to March 10th. The stakes in each game will be very high as it is a 16-team single elimination bracket. The regular season has now been completed. As a result, the brackets for the annual NEPSAC Tournaments have been released. The quarterfinals and semifinals will take place at the higher-seeded schools. Championship day will take place at Worcester Academy and Western New England.  The top seeds in their respective classes are South Kent School, Bradford Christian Academy, Milton Academy, The Rivers School, King School, and New York Military Academy.
