Earlier this week, we posted a question on twitter - which 2022 guard was the biggest stock-riser in New England this summer? We offered Cushing Academy's Chase Ross, NMH's Rowan Brumbaugh, and St. Thomas More's Desmond Claude as the top three candidates. Northfield Mount Hermon point guard Rowan Brumbaugh, who ran with Prospect U this spring and summer, has accumulated more scholarship offers than any other player in New England's class of 2022 to this point. On Wednesday he released his top six - Maryland, Miami, Kansas, Northwestern, Texas, and Oregon - while posting with the hashtag #RecruitmentOpen. Lee Academy big man Jerry Ngopot will play division I basketball next year after all. After it was initially announced that the 6-foot-10 big man would sign with Dawson Community College, yesterday he made a commitment to Saint Peter's. Northfield Mount Hermon and BABC forward Kyle Squires announced his verbal commitment to Lafayette on Friday.
