Bailey Picks Davidson
Brewster Academy and Expressions Elite forward Reed Bailey had accumulated over a dozen high-major scholarship offers.
In the end, he chose not to accept any of them and committed to Davidson College in the Atlantic 10 Conference.
His pledge is obviously a huge win for Bob McKillop and his staff as they land a player who is not only capable of making an immediate impact but still just scratching the surface of his potential.
It was just a couple of years ago that Bailey was a 6'6" forward who was just starting to get division I interest. His ascension was initially masked by the pandemic as few people got the opportunity to see him play last summer. By the time he arrived at Brewster Academy in the fall, he had grown a couple of inches and had clearly taken his game to new levels.
That process has only further accelerated over the last 9 months as he now stands at 6'10" in shoes and just finished a successful EYBL campaign with Expressions.

Terrific pick-up for the Wildcats. Bailey is a skilled late-blooming forward who held over a dozen high-major offers.

Here’s more on why I believe Reed Bailey has a chance to develop into a star in the Atlantic 10.
