Windsor High School and head coach Ken Smith have been up to big things even before the high school season has officially begun.  Last weekend Windsor hosted their annual Hoops for Food Clinic and Scrimmage.  The clinic was held for boys and girls ages 5 - 13 with admission consisting only of two non-perishable food items that were donated to the Windsor Food Bank.  Following the clinic, 16 teams took part in the annual scrimmage with all proceeds again going… READ MORE >

There was a major buzz all day at the Marianapolis Prep gym as coaches from the ACC, Big East, SEC, A-10, Colonial Conference, America East, MAAC,  Northeast Conference, and Patriot League were in attendance to watch Friday’s games. The action for the Hoop Mountain Prep Classic tipped off in Thompson, Connecticut on Thursday with teams representing seven different states and two countries in action.   CJEOTO Blue (NJ) 58  v  Mack Prep Academy (NC) 65 Quevyn Winters  (Mack) dominated the glass early and often collecting 13 rebounds and adding  an effortless 21 points for the game.
