Former UConn assistant Patrick Sellers has landed his first recruit since joining the Hofstra staff little more than two weeks ago. Jamal Coombs-McDaniel committed to Hofstra on Thursday, rejoining Sellers after spending their freshman season together in Storrs. The University of New Hampshire has landed a commitment from Chris Pelcher, a six-foot-ten two-hundred-and-forty pound transfer from Iona. Pelcher appeared in 35 games this season for Iona, helping the team to a 25-12 record while shooting .603 from the floor.
