Smith has been a member of the Magic program for the last four years and helped them capture their third straight HGSL championship in 2019.
"George Smith is one of the best guards in Magic history. From the moment George arrived his work ethic, accountability, and will to win differentiated him," said Michael Crotty Jr. "George has been a leader in the Magic program for four years, and the entire Magic family is so proud of him and excited of his commitment to Penn!"
"So happy for George Smith on his commitment to Penn- terrific fit of player and program. He's earned this opportunity through relentless hard work, continuous improvements, and a true love for the game of basketball," Brooks head coach John McVeigh tweeted.
While Smith is best known for his shot-making prowess, he's expanded his guard skills in recent years and diversified his attack in the progress.
