Maine 2025 Ranking Drop

The month of August is starting to get in full swing so we figured it would be time to get moving on our state by state rankings. To begin with the class of 2025, we started at the northernmost point with the state of Maine.

Jake Cofield, a Catholic Memorial frontcourt transfer nabs the top spot. He’s 6’9 with really soft hands and strong defensive instincts to rack up blocks.

Theo Pow out of Kennebunk comes in second. The smooth guard wowed at the Elite 75 as a true three level scorer with good pace, finesse moves and game changing offensive ability.

Abdiel Zapata takes the third spot as the incoming Bridgton postgrad continues to shine as a strong guard with scoring prowess.

Edward Little’s Diing Maiwen comes in fourth as the wing has loads of untapped potential, great blocking ability and unmatched athleticism.

Emmitt Byther takes the fifth spot as a gem out of the Orono area. Byther is a very strong forward with defensive tenacity and great feel for the game.

Lee Academy postgrad Anthony Troncellito and Bridgton postgrad Ajay Lopes take the sixth and seventh spots respectively. Both guards have made noise in New England up to this point.

Noah Daniel, Jamier Rose and Wyatt Benoit close out the top ten at eight, nine and ten. Our scouts were very impressed with all three prospects in our live viewing this past June.
