On May 7, 2025, Newman School guard Reggie Grodin announced his commitment to Penn State. The decision comes after Grodin reopened his recruitment following a decommitment from Fordham University. The 6-foot-5 combo guard is coming off of an ultra-efficient season with Newman, where he shot 68% from two-point territory, as well as 41% from beyond the arc.
