Winchendon School guard Marquis Hamby announced his commitment yesterday afternoon to Jefferson, a Division Two school located in Philadelphia. Hamby started his high school career at Troy. After getting limited varsity experience as a freshman, he took an elevated role the next season. Hamby was a starter for the Flying Horses, earning 2020 Suburban Council All-League Third Team honors. Newman School & New York Jayhawks big man Finley Sheridan announced his commitment to Stetson last night. Sheridan began his high school career at Calhoun. He helped the Colts win 13 games in the 2019-20 season, earning LongIslandBasketball.com All-Long Island Sophomore honors.
