Unsigned 2026 Event Recap: Bigs, Forwards, Wings pt. 2

We continue on with the recap of guys on the wing, and at the forward and center positions.

 

Here's who stood out.

 

Rolky Brea-Arias, St. Mary’s (MA) – Fresh off a state championship, Brea-Arias still feels a bit under the radar despite the physical tools he brings to the court. The 6’5” wing is insanely bouncy and consistently plays above the rim, throwing down big-time dunks in his appearance the other night. He impacts the game with his athleticism and ability to make plays in transition as a lob threat that can really pressure the rim. With continued development, he has the potential to be an impact college player.

 

Casleem Washington, Danbury HS (CT) – Washington brings an aggressive approach attacking the rim and finishing plays with force. The 6’5” wing rebounds the ball well and looks to push in transition after securing boards with the ballhandling he brings. He’s continuing to grow into his frame and looking to become an impactful college player down the line.

 

Juju Dent, King School (CT) – Dent plays with a really high motor and consistently impacts the game with the energy he brings to the floor. The 6’5” wing is athletic above the rim and finishes plays with authority, especially as a cutter to throw down lob passes. Defensively, he has the ability to switch and guard multiple positions across the court.

 

Damola Oremosu, Toll Gate HS (RI) – Oremosu brings a strong, physical presence with his big frame after a strong cap to his RIIL career. He plays with force when getting downhill and looks to attack the basket aggressively using his strength. His motor allows him to stay active on both ends of the floor as a stout defender and downhill presence.

 

Clem Stine, Rice Memorial HS (VT) – Stine is an under-the-radar 6’6” prospect out of Vermont with tools to develop. Still raw, he showed flashes on the glass and the ability to make plays for others. He competes well and impacts the game in multiple areas. 

 

Vuk Lisancic, Woodstock Academy (CT) – Lisancic used his length effectively to disrupt plays on the defensive end during his two games at the showcase. The 6’5” wing out of Woodstock consistently got into passing lanes and made things difficult for opponents with his length and anticipation. Offensively, he showed the ability to knock down perimeter shots off the catch.

 

Filip Gawlowski, Lee Academy (ME) – Gawlowski brings versatility and mobility at 6’6”. He showed the ability to guard on the perimeter while using his size to switch off screens and take on players at different positions. His defensive flexibility and movement stood out when he played his two game sets.

 

Joshua Quental, New Heights Charter School (CT) – Quental brings energy and athleticism as a rim-running forward with some physicality to him. He can get vertical as a lob threat and finish plays above the rim when needed. He runs the floor well and plays with a high motor, making little plays that can impact winning.

 

Tayo Adeola, Storm King School (NY) – Adeola is a downhill driver who attacks with confidence using either hand and served as a leading player for the Storm King School the last two seasons. He showed the ability to space the floor while also getting into the paint to score the ball as well. Defensively, he can guard multiple positions with the size and versatility he brings to the floor.

 

Bryston Joyce, Winchendon School (MA) – Joyce made his presence felt defensively with his length and athleticism, especially in the paint and around the basket. He blocked shots and disrupted plays around the rim in the two scrimmages he played in. On offense he showed the ability to knock down jumpers at different levels of the court, thriving off the bounce in the mid-range.

 

Jaiden Summers, Manchester Memorial HS (NH) – Summers brings size and ball-handling ability at 6’6” out of Manchester New Hampshire. He showed the ability to score in a variety of ways, using his versatile skill set effectively to score it off the catch and the dribble. He has experience playing at a high level of high school competition for a couple different programs over the past few years.

 

Tom Yaussah, Lee Academy (ME) – Yaussah is a smooth shooter from Lee Academy who thrives in rhythm from the perimeter and really caught our eye during the gameplay on Wednesday. He attacked angles and gaps well on drives and finished through contact in traffic. Defensively, he used his body to compete and kep the ball in front of him.

 

Sedar Sene, Putnam Science Academy (CT) – Sene is a long, athletic wing who showed his versatility on both ends. He knocked down standstill threes and provided spacing from the perimeter for his showcase team. Defensively, he used his length to guard multiple positions. Played this past season at Putnam Science, competing daily with high level competion.

 

Mikey Ekenyere, Darrow School (NY) – Ekenyere brings strong athletic tools and defensive instincts to the floor at his size. He made multiple chase-down blocks, getting up and sending shots flying away from the basket. Offensively, he can attack downhill with strength and get up for dunks with the pop he has off the floor.

 

Kagaba Musiime, West Nottingham Academy (MD) – Musiime displayed strong self-creation ability, scoring effectively off the dribble. The 6’6” wing showed versatility as he can score the ball at multiple levels using his handle or serving as a threat off the catch. 

 

Noah Barry-Sow, Winthrop HS (MA) – Barry-Sow brings good size at 6’4” and plays with a good motor. He competes defensively and shows a willingness to guard to players at different positions. 

 

Andrew Lopes, Attleboro HS (MA) – Lopes brings size and strength at 6’5” with a foundation to build on as more of a raw prospect. He showed flashes of physicality and the ability to compete inside with his stronger body.

 

Alexander Kupryjaniuk, Busche Academy (NH) – Kupryjaniuk used his body well to create scoring opportunities. He sealed defenders effectively and capitalized on second-chance baskets that came off the rim. He runs the floor well, staying active and looking to make gritty plays when needed.

 

Amir Clemmons, Seton Hall (College) – Clemmons brings a strong, physical presence as a 6’6” wing currently exploring D3 options as a student at Seton Hall from Danbury CT. He consistently got to the rack and used his size to finish through contact. Defensively, he used his length to contest shots and force deflections that led to turnovers.

 

Alijah Grice, Academy of International Studies (CT) – Grice plays bigger than his size as a small wing who rebounds and competes. He digs in defensively and brings a scrappy approach on that end of the floor. He can score it inside and finds ways to produce with or without the ball in his hands.

 

Dale Samuels, Burke HS (MA) – Samuels is a scrappy, tough smaller wing who impacts the game in subtle ways. He makes winning plays, from diving on the floor to making the extra pass, playing within the flow of the offense. While he may not shine as a scorer, he has been a key cog in the success Burke has seen out of Boston.

 

Joel Ogundiran, IMG Academy (FL) – Ogundiran brings good size and a versatile offensive skillset. He knocked down shots off the catch while also scoring off cuts and off the bounce. He showed a strong rebounding motor as well. 

 

Amar’e Stoudemire Jr., IMG Academy (FL) – Stoudemire Jr. brings scoring ability from multiple areas on the floor, as he can convert on shots from deep while also creating offense for himself and others off the bounce.
